Returns & Money-Back Guarantee:

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@breathefree.shop with your order number and reason for return.
    •    Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
    •    Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
    •    Returns sent without approval will not be accepted

Order Cancellations
    •    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
    •    After this time, orders are processed by our fulfilment centre and cannot be cancelled
    •    Once shipped, the order must go through the return process

Returns Process
    •    All orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse
    •    If your return is approved, you will be provided with a US return address
    •    Returns must be sent back within 7 days of approval
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Refunds
    •    Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected
    •    Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve this immediately.
